Perform the Update
1) Connect the router to your computer using the network cable.
2) Click on the “Netgear” icon on your computer desktop.
3) Click on the “Firmware Update” icon on the left side of the screen.
4) Click on the “Online Update” icon on the right side of the screen.
5) Enter your router’s login information.
6) Click on the “Update” button.
7) The router will start to download the latest firmware update.
8) After the firmware update has been downloaded, the router will restart.
9) The router will now be updated with the latest firmware.
